Company information
IFC is the ideal partner when it comes to recruiting & selecting, secondment and temporary employees. Our employees work in the production, logistics, technology, construction & demolition and landscaping sectors on a daily basis. They do this for customers throughout the Netherlands and Flanders.
Our Eastern European, Portuguese and Dutch employees are supported and supervised by job coaches. We provide coaching from our offices in Zwijndrecht, Zeewolde and Dongen. From here, we can respond promptly and flexibly to the customer's needs.
When our employees come to the Netherlands, we provide accommodation and a suitable means of transportation to their workplace if necessary.
We also assist them within the framework of their job roles, to bring out the best in them, and for private matters such as making an appointment with a general practitioner or dentist.

By maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with both clients and employees, we can monitor and responsibly sustain the growth initiated in previous years.
